Automation Project Schedule Management Research About Zengcheng Warehouse

With the rapid development of technology in this modern social,the project is becoming increasingly complex;All kinds of Warehousing enterprises are increasing investment by the p olicy guidance and market promotion,the construction of warehouse facilities showed a trend of largescale and networkthe electronic commerce warehouse as well as the construction and i t storage network is formed.The automatic warehousing projects in south China zengchen of the ALOG company upgrade projects is adapt to the market trend,meet the demand for offlin e.This article mainly based on the ALOG south China warehouse automation project impleme ntation process,the application of network plan technology,draw lessons from the critical pat h method and the critical chain method of project management,aim at the schedule managem ent present situation of the zengcheng automation warehouse project,proposed the scheduled plan ‘s scientific and systemic weaknesses,added too much time on the finish time,scheduled plan lack of buffer mechanism and the problems such as.Then on the basis of that,optimized the critical chain management method,analyzed the problems as follows: how to obtain,whe n obtained,when investment,how to input the key resources,the buffer set of critical chain ma nagement model is established.The project progress in the application of critical chain management at the same time,th e key to the new model under the guarantee of chain management methods are studied,from a rchitecture,progress warning,rewards and punishment mechanism and so on carries on the an alysis;illustrate how to through the buffer management implementation of the project progres s assessment.At the same time analyses it's characteristics and deficiencies in the automatic warehousing project progress management practices,and the implementation effect of the crit ical chain method is evaluated and used the actual results to prove the effection for the critical chain method in zengcheng automatic warehousing project,in order to provides theoretical a nd practical reference to use critical chain method project management for other enterprises.
