With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasing volume of air traffic,it is necessary to adopt a systematic and integrated management approach to manage air traffic control systems within the country.The United States implemented the NAGTS program to achieve this management goal,and Europe implemented the SESAR program to achieve this at the meantime.Compared with other countries,China’s application of information technology in the air traffic control field is relatively backward,and traditional methods are still used to manage aviation affairs.The air traffic control information technology platform and management system have yet to be improved.This paper analyzes the problems of civil aviation flight informatization,and studies the application of genetic algorithm in flight scheduling.On this basis,the civil aviation flight information intelligent platform based on genetic algorithm is constructed,The main research work of paper is as follows:(1)Through Genetic algorithm analysis,compare the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm and other similar algorithms,and obtain the scheme of obtaining the global optimal solution by optimizing the search method in genetic algorithm,solving the problem of excessive number of flights and route intensiveness and civil aviation landing scheduling information.The establishment of a smart flight information platform will enable air traffic controllers and airport ground personnel to be more efficient in ensuring flight safety.(2)Analyze the shortcomings of the flight schedule,telegraph management and basic flight data in the application of the existing flight assisted decision-making system,and share the flight information system of the civil aviation control system to realize the intelligentization of the civil aviation flight information system.Decision-making has improved the effectiveness of civil aviation management and decision-making.(3)With the existing products Service Mix,JUDDI and other construction and deployment platforms,the post-deployment platform are improved,and the schedule management,flight management,telegraph management,basic data management and statistics functions are integrated to effectively implement platform intelligent scheduling.Through the design and application of genetic algorithms,the system can achieve a certain degree of intelligent identification,improve the overall flight intelligence algorithm design through scheduling,flight schedule management and cable data collation.And further realize the efficiency in the establishment process of flights,and achieve short-term integration and rapid matching of flight data.Improved efficiency of civil aviation administration flight management.
