Huangshagang Sluice located in Sheyang County of Jiangsu Province,is a large tidal sluice.Invert arch slab was used in design and construction.There are many problems in this sluice after many years of operation.The issues have not been resolved after reinforcement and reconstruction.Main problems were analyzed,the comprehensive analysis research was conducted and service state was evaluated of this sluice in this article.The main contents are as follows:(1)The current situation was analysed,especially the problem of cracks,and the causes of cracks were explained.Influence factor of cracks,including irregular settlement,concrete carbonation,earthquake effect and structural modification,were analyzed according to its actual situation.(2)A finite element model for sluice structure was built by FEM software ABAQUS to calculate the displacement field and stress field and explore the cause of cracks.(3)The evaluation criteria system of service condition was established of Huangshagang sluice and qualitative indexes were quantified.Cov-AHP and CRITIC were combined to obtain weights by using ideal point method.(4)SLT and SVM were introduced,and SVM was optimized by FOA,then the FOA-LSSVM evaluation model of the service condition of Huangshagang sluice was constructed to obtain the service condition of Huangshagang sluice and the grade was defined as unsafely.
