| With the rapid development of China’s national economy and realization of well-off life goal,elevators become important transportation equipment in People’s Daily life like cars.With the increasing number of elevators,safety accidents are also increasing.Therefore,how to improve the elevator quality and its reliability,and carry out effective evaluation has been the research focus.This paper is based on the long-term experience in elevator operation,maintenance,inspection and supervision and management and the actual operation of the elevator.A large number of elevator operation and maintenance data are analyzed,based on the theory and method of reliability analysis of mechanical and electrical products,a reliability evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics is presented.According to the reliability of elevator,the nine parts that affect the reliability of the elevator are determined based on the analysis of the elevator structure.The influence factor set and its weight are constructed,and the reliability calculation model of elevator is established,the reliability calculation of elevator is realized through this model.On this basis,a set of elevator quality evaluation(very good,good,general and poor)is given,and the fuzzy evaluation model is adopted to judge the quality of the elevator.In order to verify the correctness and practicability of the elevator reliability calculation model and the quality evaluation model,the reliability calculation and quality evaluation of elevators manufactured by ten manufacturers are carried out by using the actual operation data of elevators in A Province in recent years.The results are consistent with the actual situation. |
