With the continuous expansion of the scale of the automotive industry,automotive aftermarket service project,which mainly serves automotive accessories sales,automotive maintenance,automotive beauty,finance,rental and other services,is gradually expanding and accelerating the development process of China's automotive industry.The automotive aftermarket service project is forming and rising,and will trigger a new round of profit redistribution in the automotive industry.As a downstream industry of the automobile industry chain,the automotive aftermarket will have a direct effect on the consumption of vehicle consumption by end users.thus infiltrating and influencing the whole automobile sales market to a great extent.Therefore,this paper studies the development trend of the automobile aftermarket service project,analyzes the main problems existing in the automobile aftermarket service project of Hanbang Group and takes corresponding solutions.It is very necessary to develop and perfect the automotive aftermarket service project,expand automotive consumption and further promote the development of the national economy.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of automobile market,and puts forward the idea of innovating China's automobile rear market by combining the unique characteristics of China's automobile rear market,such as market breadth,regional differences,and vehicle type diversification,on the basis of drawing lessons from foreignmature service idea,management modes andoperation modes.System structure and operation modeSecondly,aiming at the characteristics of automobile service and based on supply chain theory,a human-oriented automobile post-market architecture is proposed,which can adapt to international competition and meet the needs of consumers.The hierarchical structure of automobile post-market service architecture is discussed.Thirdly,in order to solve the problems of small scale,scattered distribution and high operating cost of automobile post-market service project enterprises in Hanbang Group,which make it difficult for a single enterprise to develop rapidly,this paper puts forward a strategy of establishing strategic alliance,that is,service enterprises in automobile post-market can take the road of alliance with automobile manufacturers and banks to share the risks.At the same time,it forms a strategic alliance network.Through the analysis of the strategic alliance model of automobile finance,automobile rental industry,automobile maintenance industry and used car market,it provides a certain reference for the establishment of strategic alliance in automobile aftermarket.Finally,the research on the automotive aftermarket service architecture andthe operation mode of the Hanbang Group automotive aftermarket has been applied in the design and planning of the scheme.
