As a new energy project,on the one hand,PV project effectively alleviated the energy demand of our country.On the other hand,it was conducive to the protection of the ecological environment.China vigorously encouraged and support the project.Under this background,D PV power generation project was in smooth construction and run well.The project to plant as a pilot agricultural engineering,no pollution by plants above the space construction of the power station.Based on this,how to ensure that enterprises can be sustained and stable operation to create benefits for the enterprise? To strengthen the performance management it was one of the key factors in the operation of the project.Therefore,as an example,based on the D PV project,it researched on management.First of all,based on the analysis of the basic conditions of the D photovoltaic power generation project,after analyzing the existing system of performance management of the project,it is concluded that the comprehensive performance assessment leading group shall implement the assessment according to the“Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Management Approach”.The evaluation index consists of basic indicators,development indicators,and binding indicators.The evaluation rewards use bonus reward methods and advanced individual or group recognition;performance evaluation has incomplete indicators,unreasonable index weights,incomplete evaluation criteria,and single rewards Other issues,such as the lack of comprehensive understanding of performance management,lack of a scientific performance appraisal system,lack of communication and feedback on performance management,and the existence of a one-size-fits-all performance appraisal system,are the reasons for the analysis.Secondly,based on the status and problems of D PV power generation project performance management,the thesis intends to design a performance management system for this purpose.In the aspect of performance system design,the team performance appraisal system and the member performance appraisal system are established,which solves the problem of "one-size-Fits-all" in the performanceappraisal system.In the team performance appraisal System,has established the first level index 4,two level index 12,three level index 25 team performance appraisal system,redefined each index the weight and the appraisal standard,in the member performance appraisal system aspect,establishes the first level index 4,Two-level indicators 16 key performance indicators and 360-degree performance evaluation of the combination of performance system,the weight of the indicators and evaluation criteria to improve.The new performance index system effectively solves the problem that the original index is not comprehensive,the weight is unreasonable and the evaluation standard is imperfect,which can be regarded as the important basis for the performance management of D PV power generation project.Finally,based on the establishment of the performance system,it is necessary to propose safeguard measures from the organizational level,system level and cultural level,aiming to implement the performance management system more efficiently and improve the efficiency of human resources management.
