With the rapid development of national economy,transportation and express delivery industry witness a fast growth.High-speed railway network continues to improve,and courier traffic increases year by year.High-speed,high safety and punctuality of the express railway are favored by many logistics companies.The high-speed rail sector is also actively carrying out reforms and restructuring in an effort to improve its own competitiveness.CRH(China Railway High-speed)express delivery came into being as a result of this situation.However,CRH express as a new business,the railway sector is the main participant,and the social enterprises is less.In the future,the development of CRH express service is not only the railway enterprises but also other enterprises.As a multi party service project,whether the income distribution of the parties is scientific and reasonable will be an important factor affecting the promotion of the market.Therefore,studying the distribution of revenue among CRH express delivery service enterprises and formulating a reasonable profit distribution strategy is of great significance to improve their own revenue,optimize the allocation of resources and promote cooperation among enterprises.This paper analyzes the status of the opening mode,cooperation mode and revenue distribution in CRH express enterprises.It also discusses the future development of these problems.Based on Stackelberg game method and departing from the perspective of supply chain management,this thesis considers the impact of cost,risk,and negotiation capabilities on business returns,and proposes that the two-party cooperation between the business enterprise and the transportation enterprise be extended to tripartite cooperation among the joint-stock company,third-party logistics companies and the high speed train transportation enterprise.Aiming at the unreasonable income distribution during high speed train operation and the inherent characteristics of CRH express,this paper studies the revenue distribution of CRH express enterprises under different cooperation stages and different decisions.This paper first analyzes the research status of CRH express delivery and supply chain profit distribution,and discusses the opening mode,cooperation mode,revenue distribution and the conflict between enterprises in CRH express delivery.Then it establishes an income distribution model for CRH express delivery enterprises in different modes of cooperation,and introduces the revenue sharing factor to optimize and coordinate the returns of supply chain cooperative enterprises.Finally,this paper analyzes the impact of enterprise income sharing factor,risk aversion coefficient and negotiation ability coefficient on market price,agreement price and profit through an example.It is found that the profit distribution of enterprises is influenced by risk aversion and business negotiation capabilities.The decision making way and revenue sharing factor can effectively improve the income level.
