| With the rapid increase of vehicle ownership in China, parking has become a key issue that restricts the development of urban transportation. How to make full use of existing parking resources becomes an urgent issue to be solved with an purpose of making parkers have a place to stop through scientific management and control.Under this situation, berth sharing has become a good medicine for solving these problems and has entered people’s field of vision. At present, the research on shared parking theory mainly focuses on parking selection behavior, parking management measures, parking space sharing demand forecasting, shared berth resource optimization and other aspects. There is less research on the issue of profit distribution after berth sharing is conducted.Based on the existing research deficiencies, this thesis uses residential communities as the research subjects, and establishes models such as two-part participation, tripartite participation, and profit distribution through trilateral selective cooperation, thus forming the optimal berth sharing profit distribution under different models.Through analyzing simulation examples,it also studies the characteristics of berth owners, property deterrence, sharing platform profit, and the effect of different cooperation models on the platform and total property revenue. The main work of this thesis is as follows:First, the berth shared revenue distribution model under incomplete information is established.Through the analysis of concepts such as the loss factor generated from the game process between the property owners and berth owners, the transfer of deterrence benefits, the probability of adopting a strong strategy for the property, and the conversion of Haisani,it establishes a bargaining profit-making model between property owners and berth owners. The solution is to obtain the optimal revenue ratio of individual berths.Combined with the analysis of the number of shared berths, the relationship between the total property income and the owner property of the berth is obtained. The deterrence of the property under the different characteristics of the owner of the berth is obtained through case analysis, making it get the optimal benefits.Second,a tripartite bargaining profit distribution model based on berth sharing is established.Analyzing the loss factor produced by each participant in the game process and the sharing factor of the platform,we establish a tripartite bargaining model for the owner of the platform, property, and berth, and solve it in order to obtain the optimal proportion for the single berth. In combination with the analysis for the number of shared berths,it has obtained the relationship among the sharing platform, property income and the owner characteristics of the berths.Through the practical cases,it also reveal the impact on the platform produced by the characteristics of the berth owners and platform concessions. Then,an analysis of the impact of shared platform participation on the distribution of berth sharing benefits is conducted. With the help of simulation analysis,it mainly focuses on the characteristics of berth owners before and after the platform’s participation in property gains, property deterrence and platform profit sharing on the difference in property income and excessive reduction in property income by means of studying changes in the income of residential properties before and after the platform’s participation in berth sharing, changes in the berth owner’s earnings, changes in the number of shared berths, and changes in the total income of residential properties.Afterwards,a tri-party selective cooperation best return distribution model is established. The characteristics of tripartite selective cooperative game between platform, property, and berth owners are analyzed.Tripartite selective cooperative single berth revenue model and total revenue model are established respectively.By comparing the two parties formed under different cooperation modes, the formation of alliances for third parties, and the shared platform and property under different cooperation models,it provides theoretical advice for the participants to choose the ideal partner. Finally, this article gives a general summary for the full text and portrays a brighter future for further research. |
