Study On Green Degree Of Green Construction Organization Design For Expressway Projects

The rapid development of the expressway has promoted the regional economy and even the national economy,but at the same time it has also led to the emergence of problems such as high energy consumption and destruction of the environment along the line.Traditional projects' construction only focuses on maximizing economic benefits while neglecting its ecological benefits.As the concept of green construction enjoys popular support,the traditional high-energy-consumption and ecological-environment-damaging construction modes of expressways are increasingly inconsistent with the development and requirements of green ideas and national policies.Expressway project construction must take the road of green and low-carbon development.The design of expressway green construction organization is the common requirement for the development of expressway project management and sustainable development of the environment.And it is the condition and fundamental for the implementation of green construction.This article studies the connotation of the green construction organization design of expressways,the measurement of greenness and other details.Based on the theory of green construction and expressway construction organization design,the paper defines the concept of green construction organization design of expressways,elaborates the procedure of the compilation of expressway green construction organization design,and summarizes its relationship with other traditional construction organization designs.The concept of green degree of construction organization design is proposed,and the degree to which the construction organization design guides the achievement of green construction objectives under the premise of meeting the basic requirements and objectives of the construction project is measured.According to the basic requirements of green construction,The expressway green construction organization design and green degree measure index system is established in five aspects:"utilization of materials and materials," "water-saving and water resources utilization," "saving land and land resources," "energy conservation and energy use," and"environmental protection.",and the measure level and the measure standard of each index is determinedThrough comparative analysis and other common methods,a expressway construction design calculation model for green construction is constructed,that is,AHP and entropy weight method are combined to determine the index weight,and matter element extension method determines greenness.In order to verify the rationality of the indicators and the feasibility of the model,the LY Expressway was used as an example to measure the greenness of its construction organization design,and the green degree of its green construction organization design was "G2(green)",which is high.At last,measures and suggestions for improving the green design of the green construction organization of the LY Expressway were proposed.
