The PPP model originated in the United Kingdom.In the 1990s,PPP model was popular in the West,especially in Europe country.It began to play an important role in infrastructure construction,mainly as a solution to the financing of infrastructure construction.Since 2014,PPP model has been promoted in China.PPP model allows social capital to participate in the investment and construction of public projects.It has many unique advantages.However,due to the large number of participants in the PPP project,large investment,long construction period,and complicated management,in fact,the PPP project also faces enormous risks.Therefore,how to carry out scientific and reasonable risk analysis on PPP projects is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.This article uses the relevant theory of analytic network process(ANP)to establish the risk assessment model of PPP project in Nanxian water conservancy project,and calculates the normalized weighted ranking of each risk factor to provide basis for the contractor's risk management and decision-making.The main research contents and achievements of this article are as follows:(1)Theoretical research:The research first outlines the PPP model.Second,the definition,characteristics and risk identification methods of PPP project risk are studied.Finally,the related theory of ANP was studied and compared with AHP.(2)Model construction:Combining the characteristics of the PPP project of water conservancy project,the expert survey method was used to identify the risk factors faced by the contractor.On this basis,the ANP water conservancy project risk analysis structural model was established.(3)Empirical analysis:Nanxian Water Conservancy Project PPP project is the object of analysis.A water project contractor risk analysis model is constructed based on the network analysis method,and the model is solved using the SD(Super Decision)software to obtain the risk factor normalized weighted total Sort and analyze the results.(4)Response measures:According to the result of the normalized weighting of risk factors,study risk strategies,it will provide important reference for the contractor's risk management and decision-making.
