When schedule management is one of the main contents of project management,schedule planning plays a vital role in the whole management process.Preparation and optimization is the primary link of project schedule management.Schedule control is an indispensable part of project implementation process.Only by formulating practical and feasible schedules with practical guiding values according to the characteristics of specific projects can we correctly guide the work in the actual project,prepare various supply plans for resources and funds according to the schedule,and arrange resources in time.Appearance,to ensure the rationality of resource allocation,to achieve the goal of construction period control.In the context of the complexity of building design and the increasing difficulty of construction,and the industry with low delivery rate on schedule,the large-scale complex construction project – TX office building has a large scale,operation links,seasonal construction and tight schedules.The project management is difficult.If the management is not good,it may face delays in the construction period,and the office building cannot be put into use on time.In order to ensure the smooth realization of its construction period objectives,and bring economic benefits and social benefits to the enterprise in a timely manner,it is necessary to strengthen the management of the preparation,optimization and control of its schedule.This article takes the TX office building project as an example,using the combination of theory and practice,using the project software to prepare the schedule,duration-resource balance optimization and schedule control,in order to achieve the smooth realization of the progress goal.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.Firstly,the research background of the paper is briefly introduced.Then,by reviewing the data,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed,and the general content of this paper is determined.Then study the literature,comprehensively analyze the relevant theory of schedule,the theory of schedule optimization and the related theory of schedule control,and form the theoretical basis of this paper.Next,combined with the specific case of TX office building,the project situation is introduced in detail first,then the work is decomposed according to the project content,the process is arranged according to the logical relationship,and the schedule of each part is determined according to the unrestricted resources and the schedule is prepared.By comparing with the agreed construction period,combined with the funding problem,adjusting the investment of the labor force,and finally forming a schedule with reasonable resource allocation and the realization of the construction period goal.After the schedule is prepared and optimized,it will be used to guide the project implementation.During the implementation process,the process of project schedule control will be developed.The key to analyzing the progress control is to check and correct the two parts,and then carry out the progress check according to the content and objectives of the schedule control.Progress control measures.In the later stage of the project,in order to encourage project participants to understand the application of BIM technology in the project,BIM5 D technology was introduced to realize the connection of model and progress,simulate construction,follow-up inspection,and timely discover problems for control.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the entire project,general guarantee measures and guarantee measures for key nodes and preventive measures for emergencies were formulated.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper and points out the shortcomings of the article,which provides suggestions for future related research.Studies have shown that even complex projects can meet the objectives of progress management through the scientific use of the theory and methods of schedule management,through the process of scheduling,optimization and effective control of schedules.This paper intends to provide practical reference for the progress management of large-scale complex construction projects and solve practical problems through this research.
