In recent years,the excessive use of fossil energy has become a global concern.Exhaust gas emissions exacerbate air pollution and global warming.The development of electric vehicles will help improve the energy structure and build a resource conserving and environment-friendly society.Compared with traditional fuel vehicles,electric vehicles have the problems of longer charging time and shorter endurance mileage.Therefore,the research of charging navigation scheme is of great significance to promote the development of electric vehicles.The gradual improvement of urban traffic data and energy data system makes it possible for the accurate dynamic charging navigation of electric vehicles.In this paper,the comprehensive influencing factors of charging navigation for EV are studied,and a case base of charging navigation for EV is constructed.With the guidance of case-based reasoning theory,the charging navigation scheme which meets the individual needs of EV users is provided.The main work of the paper is as follows:This paper reviews the theories,methods and applications of case base design in relevant literature,and explores the reasoning process and application methods of case base reasoning theory.The representation of cases,the determination of case attributes and their weights,and the calculation method of case similarity in case base design theory are deeply studied.Based on the analysis of the research results at home and abroad,the requirement of charging navigation for EV is studied,and the factors affecting the results of charging navigation for EV are determined according to the objectives of scientific research projects:the situation of users and their vehicles,charging stations and road traffic.The case base of electric vehicle charging navigation is designed,including the goal of case base construction and the logical structure of case base.The electric vehicle charging and navigation cases are represented and a storage plan is designed.In order to overcome the shortcomings of single subjective method or objective method,a combined weighting method based on AHP and entropy method is proposed,and the nearest neighbor retrieval method based on combined weighting is tested.The results show that the method has better identification.The prototype of the case base system is designed,and the functions of each module are expounded in detail.Taking the electric vehicle charging navigation system in Hexi District of Tianjin City as an example,this paper analyzes the process from the charging request of users to the launch of charging navigation scheme.The results show that compared with the traditional single shortest path charging scheme,the proposed method can meet the user's charging requirements while reducing the urban congestion index,improving the utilization ratio of charging stations and reducing the operating costs of power supply enterprises.The intelligent recommendation of electric vehicle charging and navigation is presented.
