Research On Barrier-Free Design Of Railway Passenger Station Based On Sensory Stimulation

Barrier-free design is an significant symbol of national progress and social civilization,and an crucial task for improving people's livelihood and building a socialist harmonious society.China is in a stage of rapid development of aging.The number of people who are inconvenient to move rises rapidly,posing new challenges to the construction of social public facilities.It is found through the literature review that the research on the field of designing barrier-free building in China still stays in the rational design of the physical environment such as the ramp,the sign,the bathroom,etc.It does not involve the barrier-free design method of coordinating space from the senses.The purpose of this study is to eliminate obstacles faced by the disabled in the construction as much as possible.The railway passenger station building with large traffic flow,strong influence and outstanding accessibility are selected as the research object to deeply analyze obstacles faced by the disabled people and understand the sensory advantages and disadvantages of them.The research on barrier-free design launches from the perspective of sensory design from the perspective of disabled people,combining with the specific situation of railway passenger station.Then the specific barrier-free design strategy are put forward,which breaking through the conventional barrier-free design method and enriching and expanding the research depth in the barrier-free field.Both the disabled and the healthy rely on senses to understand the surrounding environment.Different types of disabled people have different sensory obstacles.In the spatial design strategy,more sensory and stimulating design techniques are incorporated,which is conducive to the construction adapting to various use of disabled people.Paying attention to the only senses of the disabled and giving stimulation at the greatest extent is not only an important method to maintain their senses,but also a good barrier-free design method.For disabled people,it is convenient,safe,reliable and independent.It also keeps their personal dignity.Such a design idea is not only a contribution to the realization of barrier-free environment for disabled people,but also an effort to create a barrier-free society.
