In today's society,with the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises want to improve their own development advantages,competition in the market stand in an invincible position,maintain long-term,stable development,we must attach importance to talent strategy,as far as possible as soon as possible to dig out the high potential employees.Employees and leadership is the key of enterprise,leadership decision height the future development of the enterprise.The development of high potential employees of leadership,culture has far-reaching significance for the future long-term development of enterprises,enterprises must attach great importance to the cultivation of high potential employees' leadership skills.This paper chooses TRW Asia Pacific company as the research object,based on the literature,combined with high potential employees The concept of leader,basic knowledge of the concept of leadership theory,leadership five basic model,cultivate the basic status of TRW Asia Pacific company and high potential employees based on leadership,with the methods of questionnaire and empirical research,analysis the existing problems of the high potential employees leadership training company TRW Asia Pacific,and to explore the causes of the problems,and then put forward the high the potential employee leadership training measures to enhance TRW's high potential employees leadership.
