The huge impact of the financial crisis in 2008 has a profound impact on the face of all walks of life around the world.The global economy has gradually fallen into a downturn,bringing about a global economic recession.Leading to the collapse or merger of many large auto parts suppliers around the world.As a traditional auto parts manufacturer,NHF's core business is to provide replacement parts for the automotive aftermarket.NHF is inevitably affected by the financial crisis.With the continuous fermentation of the financial crisis,the sales index of NHF's core business has declined rapidly under the influence of the macro environment,and the problems of survival and development are put in front of NHF.Based on this background,this paper explores the severe environmental threat faced by enterprises,how the leaders of NHF company lead enterprises to get rid of the crisis,how the leaders' leadership behavior and style play the organizational strengths in the process of seeking sustainable survival and development,and how to build competitive advantage.A large number of statistical data confirm that private enterprises are an important part of national economic development,and the most active,potential and promising part.However,the "short life" phenomenon of private enterprises is widespread.The most prominent reason is that the leader's behavior and style do not adapt to the change of internal and external environment of the organization,it is difficult to change its more fixed thinking pattern,and timely change the leadership style to promote organizational change.The existing research results of leadership theory show that the success of an organization will depend more on the ability to adapt the leadership style to the development of the organization,and then to promote organizational change.In order to better guide the leaders of private enterprises to successfully promote organizational change,this paper,based on the evolution law of leadership theory,explores the relationship between the change of leadership style and the different development stages of enterprises,and reveals the impact of the evolution of leadership style on organizational performance and organizational development in the process of enterprise development.From the perspective of the situation of the enterprise,this paper adopts the method of single case study,through the study of the dynamic leadership process in the development process of NHF,explores the specific performance of the leadership style in different development stages of the enterprise,summarizes the experience and lack of the leadership style in each stage,and on this basis,analyzes the key elements affecting the evolution of the leadership style,evolution The influence of post leadership style on organizational performance and the driving factors of successful transformation.And in view of the further change process of the enterprise and the deficiency of the leader's leadership style,this paper gives some practical countermeasures and suggestions.In the process of this study,literature research,field interview and case analysis are used.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)effective leadership style is matched with dynamic environment.(2)The evolution of leadership style depends on specific situations.(3)The evolution of leadership style promotes organizational performance by influencing employees' attitudes.The innovation of this paper is to select the general international background as the research context,and find that the ability of leaders in private enterprises plays a more prominent role in organizational change through case study.In the context of economic globalization and information technology,this study is more practical and innovative for domestic enterprises going global and industrial and commercial organizations seeking international breakthroughs.
