China’s role as a global base for automobile production and supply will be overwhelming.As a result,the demand for auto parts and complete vehicle logistics will also grow.Automobile logistics is the integrated management of auto parts and vehicles.It needs to integrate all aspects of logistics,and connects auto raw material suppliers,parts suppliers,vehicle manufacturers,wholesalers,logistics companies,and customers.Together,we will realize the organic integration of the automobile from the production process to the final consumption.The automobile manufacturing industry pays more and more attention to the supply chain management,pursues lower costs and higher work efficiency,thereby increasing profit margins.Although China’s auto industry is in a period of rapid growth,it has just touched the supply chain management of the industry edge.China has great potential for development in the automotive industry,but China and the international advanced companies also have a certain gap.Therefore,it is very necessary to discuss in depth the development strategy of China’s auto logistics and provide advanced management experience for pre-production logistics for China’s auto companies.This article mainly uses the literature survey method,the qualitative analysis method and the case investigation method,discusses the problems that hinder the development of automobile supply chain logistics,and carries out a detailed analysis.By analyzing the specific activities of the DFD company’s auto antenatal logistics in serving the daily production in the past,it reveals a number of problems existing in the DFD company’s pre-production logistics.Through the analysis of internal and external environment of DFD company and SWOT analysis,it is found that there is a bright future in automobile logistics development trend,high cost,long supply chain,low utilization rate of resources,low informationalization and development There are great potentials,government policy support,appreciation of the renminbi and other opportunities,and competition,brand challenges and other threats.According to the analysis of SWOT matrix,it is found that the current is mainly affected by the disadvantages and opportunities.Therefore,finding the most suitable strategy at present is a low cost strategy,supplemented by a "people oriented" strategy of corporate culture,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward for specific problems.To DFD for companies to find out a series of measures to solve such problems,to provide customers with "moderate" high-quality services to reduce their own workload standards,in order to get the customer’s recognition and praise.Respectively,to reduce the cost of logistics planning activities,the goal of logistics planning design,optimization of prenatal logistics model,to strengthen the communication with suppliers of information process and process monitoring,the establishment of a unified and efficient standardized management platform,and 3 PL do car production Former logistics adjustment and docking and so on.
