With the rapid development of economy in our country,and the emergence in large numbers of high-rise buildings,our country has now become the largest elevator manufacturing and consumer countries all over the world.However the elevator ownership per capita still lags behind the major countries and regions,China is not a real-meaning of elevator power.In the long run,domestic elevator market still has great development space in the future.At the same time,the continuous improvement of our national standard of living in a certain conditions and requirements of the installation of private homes in the home elevator has become a social trend,at the same time China's population aging also makes the household elevator began to be accepted by more people.Home elevator,as a new kind of special elevator in the elevator family,its has a considerable market potential.At the same time because its use of the environment and the use of the particularity of the crowd,home lifts in the product design,use of the environment,after-sales service and supervision and management,and so has its special side.The main content of this paper is to design an ARM-based three-story villa elevator master control system,the main control system using STM32F103R8T6 as the main controller,STM32 processor is introduced by STMicroelectronics based on ARM's Cortex-M3 architecture,which has a high degree of integration,high reliability,high speed,low cost,low power consumption and so on.It has been widely used in industrial control field,and it is especially suitable for the application of elevator control system.The main hardware structure of the main controller includes input circuit,output circuit,CAN/RS485 communication circuit,EEPROM memory circuit,power circuit and so on.As one of the important indexes to evaluate elevator control performance,the choice of elevator speed control algorithm is very important.The parabola-straight line is chosen as the control curve of elevator speed.According to the design requirements of domestic elevator and the actual project demand,the paper selects the appropriate speed parameters and designs the elevator S-curve model.The control algorithm of S-shaped velocity curve improves the comfort of elevator operation and improves the control effect of elevator.This design abandons the conventional IO node controlmethod between the main controller and the inverter instead ofusing the form of RS485 communicationbased on the Modbus protocol for data exchange.The software control system is designed according to the automatic operation mode,the self-learning operation mode,the maintenance mode,the fault operation mode,the fire operation mode and the operation logic of the whole elevator system.Finally,this project has been tested on a prototype ladder that is scaled down according to the size of the actual three-story elevator.It has the fxnctions of drag system,control system,basic safety system,counterweight system and hoistwaysystem of real elevator system.The test results show that the hardware design and the software function design of the elevator main controller meet the design requirements,and the work is stable and reliable.
