With the rapid development of China’s economy,the scale of power grid construction is becoming larger and larger,the complexity of the structure,the grade of voltage and the grade of transmission capacity are improved,and the economic losses caused by the sudden failure are getting more.With the proposal of the national smart grid construction plan,the integrated intelligent dispatching and control system has become one of the key contents of the construction of smart grid in China.How to improve the security and reliability of the system,establish a set of more perfect monitoring platform and intelligent decision system,improve the monitoring level of the system running state,reduce the loss of the fault,improve the power quality of the power grid,and ensure the security of the power grid operation are the important problems to be solved in the construction of smart grid.At present,the function of power system operation management is getting more,different functions often need different database and operation interface,greatly increasing the workload of the staff.Therefore,how to integrate and integrate resources such as database,real-time information,graphics and interface to realize the integration of functions is the focus of the current system development.In this paper,an intelligent decision system for remote trial delivery based on monitoring information is proposed.Four functional modules are designed according to the operational safety requirements of remote trial delivery.On the basis of EMS(energy management system),the equipment on-line monitoring module combines the available electrical information to monitor the data and state of each electrical equipment in real time.When the fault occurs,through the fault intelligent analysis module and the data mining technology,a large number of data produced in the failure process can be screened to eliminate redundant,repetitive and invalid data,then the fault diagnosis results are analyzed by expert system,and the fault solution is obtained,which improves the intelligence of the system.Level.Finally,using the intelligent assistant decision module to construct the remote test sequence,and check the sequence with the common anti error platform and the analog remote test,and carry out the remote test after the verification is qualified.This system can help control the remote test and decision function of the staff of the center.It is of great significance to the real-time monitoring of the power system,the quick decision of the fault and the maintenance of the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
