With the intensification of the global economic situation,the development of our traditional machine processing equipment industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Therefore,the in-depth analysis and Research on the construction project of mechanical equipment production line is in fact the research on the project progress,project cost and project quality of the construction project of the mechanical equipment production line.From the perspective of global machinery and equipment production demand,the global demand for machinery and equipment production lines has increased by nearly 8%per year.From these data and data,it is not difficult to happen.In the next five years,the construction of the global mechanical and equipment production line will continue to grow at an annual rate of about 6%.By 2022,the global demand for mechanical equipment production can reach nearly US $50 billion.In the coming hours,the demand for the global mechanical equipment production line will depend on the equipment demand of developing countries.The production line of NHI machinery production line,established in 2009,was put into production at the end of 2010.After the production line was put into production,the production of NHI enterprises was greatly improved by semi automatic machine processing.However,with the increasing demand of the global machinery and equipment,the original production line of mechanical equipment production line can not meet the existing machinery and equipment processing demand.Therefore,based on the original production line,NHI company proposed the idea of building a new generation of machine equipment processing production line.In this thesis,On the basis of consulting the research status of project schedule management at home and abroad,this thesis analyzes the construction project of NHI machining equipment production line by combining the theory and process of project schedule management,and finds the key link of project schedule management by combining theory with practice,and uses the new idea of project schedule management.We want to improve the actual progress of NHI machining line project with new methods.Secondly,this thesis takes the NHI machining production line construction project schedule management as the research object,and applies the activity decomposition,plan definition,schedule estimation,schedule tracking and schedule optimization to the NHI machining equipment production line construction project schedule management.Thirdly,this thesis decomposes the project of NHI machining equipment production line by WBS,and determines the logical relationship between each activity before and after the decomposition,and finally determines the key path of the project schedule.Fourthly,in the process of controlling and managing the project progress,this thesis compares the actual progress of the project with the planned progress,finds out the causes of the deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress through regular comparison,and takes effective corrective measures to improve the actual progress of the project.Finally,this thesis focuses on the benchmark,process and tracking of the project schedule control,and optimizes the project schedule on the basis of the project schedule benchmark.At the same time,in order to ensure that the project can be completed on time with high quality,this thesis through organizational measures,management.Measures,technical measures and experience measures to ensure smooth progress of the project.
