A Study On The Risk Management For XX Chinaaid Construction Project

After the "One Belt,One Road" initiative,,China aid industry has entered a stage of rapid development.At the same time,the competition in the domestic construction market has intensified,which has led many construction enterprises to carry out strategic transfers.They have contracted China aid construction projects to go abroad.However,China aid construction projects are different from domestic projects and internationalized projects,and have their own unique risks.In order to adapt to the new international situation,the Ministry of Commerce revised and promulgated the2016 edition of “Measures for the Administration of Foreign Assistance Projects(Trial Implementation)”,which has a great impact on the construction projects,making the risk management of the construction projects more urgent.In order to ensure that the construction enterprises can successfully implement under the new situation and new policies.this paper has carried out a more in-depth analysis in the risk management of China aid project.By studying the risk management,it provides reference for the risk management of other China aid projects.This study is based on China aid field and follows the general steps of risk management.First of all,through a large number of literature studies,it summarizes the risk management research of project risk management,especially China aid,and defines the relevant concepts of China aid in this special field and interprets related policies.Secondly,the risk recognition model is constructed with the theory of system dynamics and the expert opinion is used to identify the risk of a china aid project.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish an analytic model,and the identified risks are quantitatively analyzed to measure the impact weight of different risks on the project.Finally,combined with the results of risk assessment,the establishment of practical risk control measures and recommendations for a china aid project.The effectiveness of risk management measures is further confirmed by the implementation of the project.
