With the rapid development of our country’s construction industry,a series of problems such as high energy consumption and high pollution begin to show in traditional buildings,which are causing serious waste of resources and environmental damage.In response to the country’s call for sustainable development,it is necessary to vigorously develop green buildings.Among the sustainable development,the evaluation and analysis of green buildings is the key in development of green buildings.The traditional green building evaluation has complicated content and weak visualization.It is impossible to formulate green building plans in advance at the design stage,which hugely costs manpower,material,financial and time resources.For this reason,the evaluation,prediction,optimization and economic research of green buildings based on BIM technology,intelligent algorithms,and simulation technology are of great significance.Based on China’s latest "Green Building Evaluation Standards"(GB/T 50378-2019)and the green building simulation software which combined with BIM,this paper constructs a three-level indicator system for green building evaluation based on BIM technology,taking the West 12th Teaching Building of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example to carry out green building simulation and evaluation,and calculating the secondary indicators,indoor damp and heat environment,energy conservation and energy utilization have a large room for improvement;Comprehensively considering the above indicators,three goals of building energy consumption,carbon emissions and thermal comfort are determined as improvements and optimizations Target,select six influencing factors and combine the green building energy consumption simulation software based on orthogonal experiments to obtain a data sample set of influencing factors and corresponding targets.On this basis,multi-objective prediction and optimization based on SVM-NSGA-II,Obtain the Pareto optimal solution set and select the best optimization plan for green buildings based on the ideal point method;from an economic point of view,construct an incremental cost-benefit model of green buildings based on system dynamics.From the four subsystems of incremental cost,energy-saving economic benefits,environmental benefits,and social benefits,simulate the changing trends of various variables in the simulation cycle and calculate them.The dynamic investment payback period is calculated by calculating the sensitivity of the parameters to obtain the degree of influence of each benefit subsystem on the incremental cost benefit.The optimal combination of different subsystems is selected for scenario simulation comparison,and the incremental cost benefit contribution and stability of the scheme is balanced according to the preference.Provide support for the selection of green building optimization schemes from an economic point of view.
