Intelligent Water Meter Reading System Design

In the water meter industry,traditional manual meter reading is a time-consuming,laborious and inaccurate way of reading,while the mechanical water meter is maliciously installed upside down,the accuracy of micro-flow measurement is not high,and the leakage warning and investigation in the water pipeline network The more difficult reasons will cause waste of water resources and human resources.In order to solve these drawbacks,this topic will use the Internet of Things and low-power technology to build a smart water meter system to achieve data reading of remote water meters.This paper analyzes the system architecture and equipment function,and divides the system into four layers from bottom to top.The design of the sensing layer is the terminal that realizes electromechanical conversion through sensor technology and uploads the base table data through wired or wireless communication.device.The network layer is designed to perform data management on the terminal according to the copying process,adjust the routing network in a fixed network manner,concentrator devices that carry data through data interaction with the server,and repeater devices that carry network routing functions.The actual data layer is the server that collects,stores,analyzes,and manages metering data.The application layer is based on the online version of the full range of system features display design.For the practicality of the design,the hardware and software implementation of the intelligent water meter reading system design was carried out,and the industrial level test was carried out.Through the use of automated meter reading application software to test the terminal's electromechanical numerical accuracy rate,concentrator reading success rate,server reliability and other projects,have achieved good test results.At present,the intelligent meter reading system researched in this subject has been practically applied in enterprises.
