China is a traditional agricultural country, and the countryside has always occupied an important position in the development of the country.Especially in the process of rapid urbanization nowadays, the development of rural areas in China is facing great problems. The proposal of "rural complex" provides a new direction for rural development.Taking nine villages of Wenzhong Town in Hongshan District of Chifeng City as the object of empirical research, this paper analyses and summarizes the spatial structure characteristics of its rural complex, and explores the method system and path of establishing the space optimization of rural complex from three aspects of "House","Zhuang" and "Yuan".It is beneficial for Wenzhong Town to build an idyllic complex with regional characteristics, and also provides for the construction of rural complex in other areas of the country.Effective guidance, especially in areas where water resources are scarce in the north. This paper mainly includes four parts:The first part combs the related research at home and abroad, redefines the concepts of space optimization of grange, farm, new space and rural complex, and elaborates the research contents, ideas and methods, research area selection and characteristics. The second part establishes the theoretical system of spatial structure and spatial optimization of rural complex by summarizing the relevant research on the theory of leisure grange, leisure farm, beautiful countryside and rural complex, and drawing on the case of Yangshan Pastoral East and Blackberry Ranch in Wuxi, which provides theoretical support and method system for solving the spatial optimization of rural complex. The third part is an empirical study on the spatial structure characteristics of Wenzhong Town's rural complex. The Three-Life space of Wenzhong Town is constantly merging. The new functional units of "Zhuang" and "Yuan" are beginning to emerge and develop rapidly.Because the new space development needs land support,it is necessary to optimize Wenzhong Town's "Houses","Zhuang" and "Yuan".Through the study of the spatial structure characteristics of nine rural complexes in Wenzhong Town, four structural forms have been put forward: “House-Tian-Yuan” structure,“Houses-Zhuang-Tian” structure,“Houses-Zhuang-Yuan-Tian” structure,“Houses-Zhuang-Tian-Qu” structure.Wenzhong Town is still in the primary stage of spatial development, and space needs to be rationally optimized in order to promote the development of rural complexes with higher efficiency. The fourth part is an empirical study on the path optimization of the rural complex in Wenzhong Town.It explores the path of the spatial optimization of the rural complex from the three aspects of "Housing","Zhuang" and "Yuan".For the "Housing" space, establish the "Housing" space optimization path, through the construction of the "Housing" space evaluation index system to evaluate, and then K-means cluster analysis of the evaluation results,86 natural villages are divided into three categories: characteristic development type, reserve promotion type and immigration relocation type, and put forward corresponding optimization strategies for different types of villages. For the "Zhuang" space, establish the "Zhuang" space optimization path, through the construction of the "Zhuang" space land suitability evaluation index system, the use of GIS multi-factor land suitability evaluation model for the whole area of Wenzhong Town to evaluate the suitable construction land for farms, combined with the minimum grid unit and the principle of farm boundary delimitation,to expand the "Zhuang" space. For the "Yuan" space in Wenzhong Town, the method of "boundary delimitation principle + grid division + cultivated land scale principle" is adopted to establish the optimal path of "Yuan" space.
