| The rural complex is a multifunctional composite model that relies on rural natural resources and agricultural resource construction and development.This article takes the Lotus Valley Farm in Guiyang County as an example,and uses the basic theory of land suitability evaluation to evaluate the land suitability of cultivated land,garden land,and forest land in the study area.The suitability evaluation results are combined with practice.The strategy analysis of the construction of the complex model was carried out.Finally,the project planning and design practice of the Lotus Valley Farm was carried out.The main research results are as follows:(1)Exploring and analyzing from the three sections,characteristics,and operating modes of the "three lives" and the rural complex as the starting point,constructing a theoretical system,which provides a theoretical basis for the specific practice of the planning and design of the Lotus Valley Farm in the rural complex model.(2)Establish an agricultural land suitability evaluation database based on GIS spatial data technology,based on the evaluation database.The use of the spatial analysis function of GIS combined with the evaluation of the suitability of agricultural land has realized the graphic representation of the evaluation of land suitability,which is of great significance to the functional zoning and distribution of project attractions in farm planning and design.(3)Constraint factor method and weighted index method are used to form a comprehensive model of agricultural land suitability evaluation.Thematic data of five evaluation factors:elevation,slope,aspect,water source irrigation rate,and traffic accessibility are multiplied by their respective weights.The results of the evaluation of the suitability of agricultural land in the study area were obtained by superimposing the grid.The results of the cultivated land evaluation showed that the highly suitable cultivated land area,It is concluded that 94.30%of the existing cultivated land resources are suitable for cultivation,and only 5.7%of the cultivated land resources are not suitable,and are mainly distributed in hilly land.95.57%of the gardens are suitable.Only 4.43%of the gardens need to be adjusted.There are no unsuitable forests in the forest.Overall,the suitability of agricultural land for the Lotus Valley Farm is good.(4)The strategy of constructing the rural complex model expounds the concepts and principles of the planning and design of the Lotus Valley Farm in the rural complex model,and puts forward the planning and construction strategies from the"three lives" and the three major sections of the rural complex to provide a rural complex The planning and design and construction of the Lotus Valley Farm indicated the direction.The contents of farm planning and design were discussed to provide technical support for the overall planning and design of the Lotus Valley Farm.(5)Based on the analysis of the evaluation of the suitability of agricultural land and the construction strategy of the rural complex model,the Lotus Valley Farm is divided into agricultural industrial areas,leisure gathering areas,rural landscape areas,and living areas in terms of structure,function,transportation,and infrastructure.Five functional areas are residential area and comprehensive service area.It also designs special plans for road engineering,water supply and drainage engineering,service facilities,and landscaping projects,which further improves the detailed planning and design of the Lotus Valley Farm. |
