Research On The Construction Path Of Rural Complex In Western Zhejiang Mountain Area

In recent years,with the rapid development of rural construction,the construction of rural complex in Zhejiang Province is in full swing.On the one hand,it makes the countryside more suitable for learning,living and traveling,on the other hand,it also expects to promote the development of rural industry.Rural complex is one of the important ways to realize rural revitalization and urbanrural development.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development strategy of "Rural Revitalization" was put forward for the first time."Rural complex" was first put forward in 2012,which is a new measure of Rural Revitalization and development after "Agricultural Industrial Park","beautiful countryside" and "characteristic town".The rural complex takes the rural ecology,the rural industry and the rural community as the core elements to meet the needs of people returning to the countryside,break the barriers of the separation between the city and the countryside,and integrate the city and the countryside.It is also an important way to promote the integration of the three industries in the countryside and optimize the industrial structure in the countryside.At the same time,it also promotes the development of beautiful villages,village scenic spots,leisure agriculture and tourism agriculture.However,the development of rural complex in theory and practice is not mature,and there are many problems in planning,design and construction.The exploration of the landscape construction approach of rural complex is helpful to promote the progress of the research of rural complex,and also has a certain practical significance for the characteristic construction of rural landscape at present.This paper is divided into five parts to elaborate the way of landscape construction of rural complex in Western Zhejiang.Through literature research,investigation and analysis,research through design(RTD)and case study.The first part mainly expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance and research methods of rural complex.The second part summarizes the research trends and achievements at home and abroad,summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of related theoretical research,in order to determine the research direction.The third part systematically introduces the related concepts of design research theory system,summarizes the research theory and model through design,and provides the theoretical basis for later research.In the fourth part,according to the combing of the current relevant norms in China,the framework of case study is formed,and the relevant mature cases in China are analyzed and studied,and the theoretical conjecture on the way of landscape construction of rural complex in Western Zhejiang is put forward,that is,the design method of combining landscape architecture with tourism planning.The fifth part takes the landscape planning and design of rural complex in Qingliangfeng town as an example to verify the conjecture,and summarizes the design experience through design reflection to form special design knowledge,including the construction of tourism projects,the renovation of ecological environment,the planning of village system and the translation of resource elements.This paper has formed three research results.First,this paper applies the method system of RTD to the research of landscape construction of rural complex for the first time,and completes the application of the theoretical framework of RTD through the specific design and research process.Secondly,the thesis uses the method system of RTD to study the landscape construction of the rural complex in the west of Zhejiang Province,summarizes the experience of the landscape designer of the rural complex,and analyzes the experience and deficiency of the design combined with the case.Thirdly,it puts forward the path of landscape construction of rural complex in Western Zhejiang Province,completes the accumulation of relevant design knowledge,and provides reference for landscape construction of the same type of rural complex.
