The Design Of Commercial Street In The Chishi Park,Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone And The Research On Modular Steel Structure Construction

Under the requirements of sustainable development,The Chinese government is vigorously promoting the industrialization of architecture,shifting the productivity from manual small production to large machine production.The industrialization of architecture is attracting more and more attention,modular architecture and steel steel structure construction are important types of architecture industrialization.The main achievement of this project is the design of commercial street in the Chishi;Park,Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone.It is an exploration and practice of modular architecture and steel structure construction under real conditions.The government departments of the Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone started the Chishi Park project according to industrial project construction,production and population growth expectations.The entire project is divided into three phases to focus on building the future ecological leisure center in the region.The preliminary planning requires that the commercial street be a temporary steel structure with no more than three floors and the construction cycle is expected to be short,so "modular" and "steel structure" were selected as the focus of the project.This thesis contains five chapter.The first chapter introduces the research background and research content,and analyzes the concepts of "building industrialization","module","modularization","modulo" and "steel structure".The second chapter analyzes the application status of modular steel structure buildings in China by collecting graphic and text data,and summarizes the application characteristics of such buildings in spatial combination,construction logic and specific elements.The third chapter is a detailed explanation of the design.The module consists of a steel frame structure system and a peripheral protection system.Design elements of The module consists are standard and somewhat diverse,the purpose of this is to create a commercial street with a comfortable atmosphere and convenient construction.The fourth chapter is a collection of drawings.The design is hoped to provide reference for the same type of projects in the future.The whole thesis contains about 19000 words,83 pictures and charts.
