| With the rapid development of urbanization,passenger’s traffic frequency increased within intercity.In order to maintain the security and stability of Beijing capital,Beijing bus terminal station and Beijing railway station are the representative of public transportation safety place in large city.The security assessment in Beijing bus terminal station and Beijing railway station are of great significance.The quantitative analysis of bus terminal station and railway station’s safety assessment is relatively rare,after checking domestic and foreign literature,which made this paper’s safety evaluation difficult.E.g.Insufficient data of the fire protection equipment and parking situation in Beijing bus terminal station,fire loading situation and passenger’s density in a railway station in Beijing.Also lack of relevant research about the comparison of safety risks between inner city and inter city’s public transportation.For the above difficulties,this paper using spot investigation,quantitative analysis and analogue simulation,details are as follows:(1)Based on the field research in a railway station in Beijing and Beijing bus terminal station,this paper selected some typically station,such as: fully enclosed station,semi-enclosed station and roadside parking station,etc.And do field researching in waiting room in Beijing railway station.The basic data results included: fuel fire risks,parking fire risks,fire-fighting equipment situation in terminal station and fire load level,passenger’s density,fire-fighting equipment situation in railway station.And after analysis,coming up with quantify security risks and analogue simulation’s data basis.(2)This paper used analytic hierarchy process to quantitative security risks about Beijing railway station and Beijing bus terminal station,after field researching and studying the safety assessment,to determine the weight of influencing factors at all levels,and come up with the conclusions: a theoretical reference for the comparative analysis of the main safety risk factors of Beijing bus station and Beijing railway station.(3)By using field researching data,making out passenger’s evacuation path,counting out passenger flow within a particular area,forecasting the number and density of passengers within all waiting room,and setting up a fire simulation model by using LEGION,this paper has find out a evacuation’s time requirements under different scenarios in Beijing railway station.And according to fire load data,this paper used FDS(a fire simulation software)to set up fire simulation model to find out the fire risk’s time requirements in different scenarios in Beijing railway station.After comprising and analyzing evacuation’s time requirements and fire risk’s time requirements,to make sure evacuation’s safety level in Beijing railway station. |
