Research On Financial Strategy Of G Company Based On Enterprise Life Cycle

As an important part of the real economy,the home appliance manufacturing industry has made rapid progress in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.At this stage,China's home appliance enterprises have gone global,and are committed to making domestic and foreign consumers fall in love with Chinese manufacturing.Entering the new era,the domestic appliance industry faces a new round of opportunities and challenges.Each enterprise must focus on its financial strategy if it wants to achieve its own development goals and more benefits.The financial strategy runs through the whole process of enterprise development,and the implementation effect will directly affect the value creation of the enterprise.Dynamic research from the perspective of life cycle,through the analysis of the life cycle of the enterprise,dynamic analysis of financial strategy,for enterprises to more accurately judge the direction of their strategic development,find out their own deficiencies.Developing a financial strategy from a global perspective can help companies achieve their goals and more revenue at each stage of development.Domestic and foreign scholars have achieved certain results in the theory and application of financial strategy.They all affirm the importance and significance of financial strategy for enterprise development,and combine it with life cycle theory,financial strategy matrix and EVA in financial strategy application research.However,most of the applied research does not consider the internal and external environment of the enterprise well,nor does it closely link the company's own characteristics with the financial strategy.Through the research on domestic and foreign literature,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current corporate financial strategy with G company as the research object,then optimizes the financial strategy and proposes improvement suggestions.Firstly,based on the literature research method and the previous research results of financial strategy theory,this paper combines the life cycle theory and financial strategy matrix to lay a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,using PEST analysis method to analyze the company profile and developmentenvironment of G company,analyze the political,economic,social and technological environment in which the company is located.The aim is to combine the industry environment and their own competitive conditions,better analysis of financial strategy problems,targeted recommendations.Thirdly,using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,combined with life cycle theory,based on cash flow method and sales income curve method to determine that G company is in the mature stage.In order to verify this result,combined with the financial strategy matrix to determine the life cycle,it is clear that G company is in maturity.According to the financial strategy characteristics of the mature stage enterprises,the problems of the financial strategy of G Company are pointed out.Finally,combined with the case analysis method,this paper puts forward targeted optimization suggestions for the existing problems in the financing,investment and profit distribution of mature G company,and on the basis of solving the existing problems,takes precautions in order to make some contributions to the improvement of the financial strategy of G company and enterprises in the same industry.In a word,through the research and analysis of the financial strategy of G company,the important role of the financial strategy to the enterprise is further understood,and the relationship between the financial strategy and the enterprise strategy is clearer.To analyze the financial strategy of an enterprise,it is necessary to analyze the current situation of its financial strategy based on the macro environment and its own operation status,find the existing problems,and make improvements to optimize and improve the financial strategy in time.Including the adjustment of the capital structure of enterprises and efficient allocation of resources,etc.,in order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises,maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises and enhance the value creation ability of enterprises,which is also the purpose and significance of this paper to achieve.
