Research On Financial Strategy Optimization Of Company

From the beginning,the cycle of an enterprise begins to develop along a specific trajectory.In the process of formulating financial strategy,enterprises should fully integrate enterprise fundamental quantitative analysis,the main line of the enterprise fundamental quantitative analysis,strengthen the reliability of enterprise financial strategy,and ensure the effective implementation of enterprise financial strategy.In the daily operation of enterprises,the effective implementation of financial strategy is an integral part of the healthy development of enterprises.However,mosts of the enterprises in our country still adopt the traditional financial management mode,and do not combine the enterprise fundamental quantitative analysis with financial strategy,investment behavior and profit distribution behavior.Therefore,the development and implementation of enterprise's financial strategy need to be supported by enterprise fundamental quantitative analysis,which will ensure the future of the enterprise's overall strategic objectives.Based on the enterprise fundamental quantitative analysis,this paper studies the present situation,problems and optimal countermeasures of Company A's financial strategy.Based on the structure,there are seven chapters in this paper.The first one is an introduction;the second one are the related concepts and theoretical basis;the third one is the status analysis of the financial strategy of Company A;the fourth one is the problem of Company A 's financial strategy based on the enterprise fundamental quantitative analysis;the fifth one is a transformation of Company A 's financial strategy based on fundamental quantitative analysis;the six one is the safeguard measures of Company A 's financial strategy optimization program based on fundamental quantitative analysis;the seven one is the conclusion and prospect.This paper puts forward the problems in the financial strategy of Company A from three aspects: financing strategy,investment strategy and dividend distribution strategy.According to the actual situation of Company A,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of financial strategy optimization,so as to improve the scientificlevel of decision-making and provide impetus for the enterprise to realize its value.
