| At the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee,our party proposed to comprehensively promote China's economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,and ecological civilization construction.The construction of ecological civilization will be juxtaposed with the other four constructions,forming the overall goal of the “five in one” construction.In the same year,the Copenhagen World Climate Forum was held in Denmark in 2009.Negotiators from 192 countries held summits and once again raised the focus of ecological civilization construction to a new level.General Secretary Xi Jinping once said: “We should realize that mountains,rivers,forests,fields and lakes are a community of life.The lifeblood of man is in the fields,the lifeblood of the fields is in the water,the lifeblood of the water is in the mountains,the lifeblood of the mountains is in the soil,and the lifeblood of the earth is in the trees." Let the city integrate into nature,let the residents see the mountains,see the water,remember to live in the homesickness,which shows the attitude and determination of the party and the government to promote the ecological construction of modern cities.The urban waterfront area is the most important and most valuable green ecological area in the city.The construction of the waterfront landscape reflects the taste and happiness index of a city dweller.Harbin is rich in water resources and rich in history and culture.The development of modern cities is inextricably linked with water.The waterfront is usually a center of urban culture and commercial development,carrying the cultural and historical development of the city.The construction of the waterfront area has become particularly important.The purpose of this paper is to make an in-depth understanding of Harbin waterfront landscape in different periods from the perspective of urban history and culture,hidden context and landscape form,and analyze its morphological characteristics,background significance,type elements and other aspects of cognition,so as to provide a solid foundation for the construction,protection and reuse of Harbin waterfront landscape.This paper firstly analyzes the situation of Harbin water system and urban development process in detail through literature collection and arrangement,and analyzes the concept and theoretical basis of related waterfront landscape.Then,according to the sequence of time,this paper will make an in-depth study of the keywaterfront landscape areas in Harbin in different periods,such as sun island and Stalin park,and discuss relevant theories.In order to create a beautiful,healthy,ecological and sustainable living environment,it has certain practical and artistic purposes.Establish the waterfront landscape ecosystem which belongs to Harbin people and Harbin culture.Combined with regional characteristics,to create waterfront cultural spirit,will have a profound cultural and historical connotation of the human landscape and waterfront natural landscape combined,in the traditional and innovative development.On carrying forward the culture of Harbin,with regional characteristics of urban waterfront landscape of Harbin has important significance and the future of urban planning and construction development is the necessary reference value,also protect the Harbin unique style of regional environment and the waterfront of important method and the ultimate goal,is also an important means of promotion of city culture image. |
