Study On Sustainable Utilization Of Beijing Classical Garden Under Landscape Performance System

With the progress of the times,the concept of protection of cultural heritage is also changing,its focus has gradually changed from protection to protection and development,more attention to the relationship with the public,more attention to its sustainable development.Under this background,classical gardens have gradually changed from closed to open.In order to meet the changing public needs,classical gardens are also promoting their own development to be more sustainable.The sustainable development of classical gardens first needs to clarify their own situation,and landscape performance with its systematization,integration,attention to quantitative information and other advantages can be intuitive and comprehensive comment on the situation of gardens in many aspects,but the purpose.The former landscape performance theory is still in the development stage,and it is rarely used in classical gardens.In this paper,the Summer Palace,Beihai Park and Prince Gong's Mansion in Beijing classical gardens are taken as cases to study the utilization of landscape performance.According to the existing landscape performance system,targeted research activities and analysis are carried out,and the environmental benefits of landscape performance to the case are used.In the process of commenting on the benefits of the three aspects of economic and social benefits,the shortcomings of the existing performance are analyzed,and the inappropriate index items are deleted and modified.Combined with the relevant materials of cultural heritage and the relevant environmental standard documents of our country,the evaluation content and evaluation standard of the existing performance system are improved,and referring to the more mature sustainable site initiative(SITES),this paper puts forward some suggestions on the evaluation methods,and then constructs a landscape performance system suitable for Beijing classical gardens by deleting or updating the existing indicators and localizing the evaluation standards.In addition,by analyzing the application scene of public demand for culture and landscape performance,it is found that cultural heritage and public cooperation have great potential,and landscape performance can be used as the link between traditional garden culture and modern commercial culture.The use of the standardized expression of performance theory is helpful to the monitoring of cultural heritage,to the public's understanding of classical gardens,and to the intervention of social forces in the protection of cultural relics and cultural propaganda.It is helpful for the sustainable development of small and micro cultural heritage.
