Study On Post-use Evaluation Of Dazhao Historic District In Hohhot

The protection of historical blocks is an old and new topic.In the process of China's high-speed urbanization,it is especially important to protect historical blocks.At this stage,people's research on historical blocks mainly focuses on the protection and renewal design of historical blocks.The feedback analysis of the use of historical blocks after renovation is not paid enough attention,so that the use of historical blocks after renovation can not meet the user's behavior and psychological needs.This paper takes the Hohhot historical district of Hohhot as the research object,based on the post-evaluation system,through literature analysis and field research,the historical evolution,regional culture,current status characteristics,landscape environment components and landscape environment of Dazhao Historic District.The function was analyzed and summarized.Based on the needs of users,this paper analyzes the space environment,function and regional culture of Dazhao Historic District from the perspective of landscape environment design of Daqiao historical district,and initially establishes a set of evaluation factors for post-use evaluation,and applies SPSS software.Each index factor is analyzed for reliability,and the weighting value of each index factor is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the evaluation method model of Dazhao historical block is constructed.Through the analysis and summarization of the results of the evaluation of the use of the historical districts in Dazhao,the problems in the stage of the historical districts of Dazhao have emerged,and the related issues are related to spatial factors,landscape elements,commercial services,leisure exchanges,traffic organization,and regional cultural customs.Some aspects propose corresponding optimization strategies and programs.The paper conducts a post-use evaluation study on the Dazhao Historic District of Hohhot City,and establishes a quantitative evaluation method for the post-use evaluation system of the historical block to make up for the vacancies generated during the historical block renovation.The protection of historical blocks will be truly achieved in the expected stage.At the same time,the post-evaluation system will be promoted in the design of historical blocks,so that the evaluation system has a larger application range in the design process,accumulating more for other similar block protection.Practical experience provides more scientific feedback.
