Research On The Protection And Updated Of Historic District Based On POE

As one of the important contents of historic area,historic district is an important cultural heritage of the city.In the background of the new urbanization in China,the historic districts gradually disappear or lose their original features in the reform movement,and the users' demand for the use of historic districts has also changed.This is an opportunity and challenge for the preservation and renewal of historic districts.The foreign advanced experience shows that POE is the necessary prerequisite for the re renewal of the historic districts,and the re updating of the evaluation results for the data support can ensure that the historic district is more in line with the user's psychology.Based on the related contents of historic districts and POE,the POE model of historic districts is constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Using the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey,temporal observation,behavior map and interview,this paper studies the post use status of Nanjing historic districts from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to grade the status of the historic districts in Nanjing.The overall situation,advantages and problems in the current development of Nanjing historic districts are summarized.Empirical research shows that the comprehensive grading scale of Nanjing historic district is satisfactory.The satisfaction degree of building environment and spatial scale is high,but there are some problems in cultural experience,format type,space environment,brand system and management mechanism.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the renewal principles and countermeasures for Nanjing historic districts,including five aspects: enriching cultural experience,enriching various types of formats,creating a humanized environment,creating a special brand system,and establishing a scientific management mechanism,in order to provide reference for the protection and renewal of historic districts.
