The continuous development of economy and the rapid growth of urban electricity load density put forward higher requirements for power supply reliability.The traditional distribution network with radiation power supply can't meet the power supply reliability requirements.The "petal" distribution network,which is built in the world's leading distribution network in Singapore,operates in a region with high load density and high power supply reliability.In this paper,the main research object is Taizhou area petal type distribution ring network.The research work mainly includes the system frame of the petal-type distribution network,the distributed full-line speed protection method,the high reliability reciprocal fast communication design,the intelligent distribution network terminal design based on the distributed virtual plug-in monitoring and the demonstration application of the petal-type power grid in Taizhou.Firstly,petal-type distribution network system frame and the main technical difficulties of petal-type distribution network are studied.Petal-type distribution network structure is introduced,and petal-type distribution network feeder automation configuration,protection and control programs and two power supply selection methods are described separately.the technical difficulties of distribution network based on a variety of operating methods of the full range of rapid protection method,distribution network,high reliability and reliable communication method,power distribution terminal operating status self-monitoring,terminal logic function of the flexible configuration are analyzed.Secondly,a distributed full-line speed protection method for petal-type distribution network is studied,which is studied from the principle of intelligent distributed rapid protection and distributed fast protection system of intelligent distribution network.This paper analyzes all kinds of faults of distribution network and forms the corresponding protection action logic.The basic network structure of intelligent distributed distribution system is established,and the intelligent distribution terminal and terminal remote configuration management tool are introduced in detail.Thirdly,the design method of high reliability reciprocal fast communication is studied.A variety of distribution networks are analyzed and compared and the configuration of the network based on EPON technology is introduced.The test network is set up to test the network performance and network interoperability,and the test data is analyzed,which show high reliability reciprocal fast communication design can meet the requirements of the existing planning of the rapid exchange of information between the terminals.Then,an intelligent power distribution terminal based on distributed virtual plug-in is studied.The intelligent distribution terminal system based on distributed virtual plug-in is established.The system is divided into three parts: intelligent power distribution terminal logical function module,distributed virtual plug-in function configuration module and intelligent distribution network distributed virtual function plug-in module.A graphical tool for visualization,functional modularity,editable protection logic is developed,which provides the interface definition of the protection device,the editing of the protection logicmodule,the automatic rule checking,the automatic compiling device engineering software,and automatically downloads it to the protection and control device.Finally,a comprehensive simulation experiment is carried out on the distributed fast protection of intelligent distribution network by simulation load.Protection action situation consistent with the previous design,protection programs can automatically adapt to the distribution network ring,solution ring and other modes of operation,do not rely on the main station.The interconnection between the distribution terminals achieves the accurate positioning of the ring and 100 millisecond fast isolation,which solves the problems such as the fastness,selectivity and the correctness of the protection of the distributed fast protection logic and verifies the fastness,selectivity and correctness of the distributed fast protection logic.
