It is an important work for the manage men of planning power grid to evaluate and control of power grid construction and size of grid electricity scientifically, and it is also the inevitable demand in market conditions."Researching of assessing system methods and evaluation indicators in regional power grid construction"is from the topic of assessing the scale level of regional power by Hunan electrical power company. This article is based on mathematical methods for planning the macro-scale regional power grid construction of the quantitative assessment and evaluation methods with their vague integrated assessment.being basis on the 14 regional grid planning texts of historical data of Hunan Province , initially determining the factors that affecting power grid construction; To reflect the distribution of information to determine the scale of construction leading indicators to assess the scale, with its own network of intelligence presented to the region to assess the scale of the distribution network-building indicators system; establishes assessment models of evaluating 110kV distribution network building scale integrated; Considering the main factor that influencing the construction scale of the distribution network, the improvement method of 10kV distribution networks capacity-load ratio is proposed; The combination of high voltage distribution network planning optimization technology results presented evaluation pressure distribution network building scale integrated assessment methods.On the basis of fuzzy logic theory, puts forward a kind of evaluate model and comprehensive fuzzy evaluate method, and each major indicator model and the method of judging synthetically to the construction scale of distribution network are provided.The research is the first of its kind in the National Electricity System. The present assessment is a research methodology for grid development planning "macro" evaluation grid for the region t, contributing to the reasonable level of coordination grid construction and development in order to obtain social and enterprises maximize benefits ,and guiding the planning of the scale of power grid.
