The Study Of Rural Residential Space Construction And Its Optimization Strategy Under The Background Of Socialism New Rural Construction In Southern Jiangsu

With the advancement of socialism new rural construction and the rapid development of regional social economy,the rural space environment and the overall style in Southern Jiangsu area,which is represented by Nanjing,Wuxi,Changzhou,Suzhou and Zhenjiang,has changed in a certain degree.Starting with the practice of rural planning and construction in the past ten years,this article provides an in-depth study of 11 sample villages in Southern Jiangsu,and explores different modes of rural residential space construction,while striving to break through the descriptive analysis method of traditional rural residential space research.This thesis mainly discusses three aspects: 1.Based on the different modes of rural residential space construction,the case study of sample villages is conducted through field research;2.The article reflects on the practice of rural residential space construction through horizontal analogy;3.According to the conclusions above,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.The subject of the thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter One provides a theoretical basis for the thesis study,and defines the research object,research scope and related concepts.Chapter Two explains the basic situation and development factors of Southern Jiangsu rural area,including nature,culture,social economy,and puts forward five modes of rural residential space construction,based on the study of socialism new rural construction modes.Chapter Three makes a summary of the survey results of the selected 11 sample villages,and carries out a specific analysis from the overall layout of the village,the mapping of typical residence and the survey of the inhabitants' wishes.Based on the diachronic analysis of external factors,Chapter Four rethinks the practice of the new rural planning and construction in Southern Jiangsu for the last ten years,and analyzes the rationality of rural residential space construction.Chapter Five puts forward the optimization strategy of rural residential space construction in Southern Jiangsu from macro,meso and micro level.The last part not only summarizes the research content of the whole thesis,but looks forward to the future development direction of the study,while thinking about the shortcomings of the thesis.
