Research On Optimization Strategy Of Old-age Care Facilities In Rural Areas Of Southern Jiangsu Province Based On The Concept Of Mutual Assistance For The Aged

At present,the demographic dividend of our country is disappearing,the aging process is speeding up,the society has entered the structural transformation stage of the aging,and the aging of the population has become the focus of the society.With the advancement of urbanization,the rural young and middle-aged labor force continues to flow into the city in a one-way flow.The hollowing out of the rural society and the empty-nest situation of the elderly are serious,and the aging population presents a situation of inversion between urban and rural areas.However,the urban-rural differences are huge,the neglect of national policies and systems,the lack of financial input,the blank of social attention and the lack of rural pension resource base,the rural areas have not established a sound pension service system and the supply level of pension facilities is backward.Moreover,the production and life styles and social concepts between urban and rural areas are significantly different.It is impossible to achieve good utility by following the urban old-age mentality to solve the rural pension.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the solution of rural old-age care has been raised to an important level,and the development of rural old-age care has become a major test for rural revitalization and development.At present,the problems of rural old-age care are complex.It is of great significance to improve the service system of rural old-age care,establish and improve the rural old-age security,and promote the development of rural old-age care by innovating the old-age care mode,optimizing the configuration of rural old-age care facilities,and exploring a new old-age care path in line with the reality of rural areas.The tradition of mutual help goes back to ancient times.The practice of mutual assistance for the aged originates from rural society and conforms to the tradition of rural society,which provides a new idea for the development of rural old-age care.Southern jiangsu is one of the first regions to enter the aging process,which has played a crucial role in the process of China's economic and social development.Due to the particularity of economic geography,the problem of rural aging in southern jiangsu is of typical and practical significance.Based on this background,this paper takes the rural areas of southern Jiangsu as the research object,and takes the concept of mutual aid and old-age care as the guidance.It adopts the research methods combining theoretical analysis and field research,summarizes the problems,analyzes the reasons,and proposes the optimization strategy of rural old-age facilities in southern Jiangsu.It is of greatsignificance to the optimization of the old-age facilities in the rural areas of southern Jiangsu and the development of the old-age care industry.Firstly,it analyzes the relevant theoretical research and practical cases of mutual help and old-age care facilities,explores the relationship between pension model,pension service system and pension facility system,and summarizes the research direction and focus.Secondly,according to the analysis framework of “age-age model-ageage service system-ageage system”,it proposes to apply the mutual-supporting old-age model to solve the rural pension dilemma,summarize its development trend and development foundation,and discuss the development model and mechanism of mutual-supporting old-age care.The clear mutual help and old-age service system is positioned and constructed to clarify the old-age facilities allocation goals,supporting factor systems and key planning contents under the concept of mutual-supporting old-age care,and provide guidance for the optimization strategy of the old-age facilities.Thirdly,it summarizes the status quo of the aging of the rural areas in southern Jiangsu and the characteristics of the elderly.Based on the analysis of the tendency of the old-age care places,the willingness to choose the old-age care,and the use of the facilities,the demand for the aged care services and facilities in the rural areas of southern Jiangsu is inferred.The article analyzes the status quo and causes of pension facilities from multiple dimensions.Finally,combining with the reality of rural areas in southern Jiangsu,this paper demonstrates that rural areas in southern jiangsu have the foundation for the implementation of mutual assistance old-age care from the aspects of material economic conditions and social organization ability,and analyzes the key points and paths for the optimization of rural old-age care facilities in southern jiangsu.The article proposes three strategies to improve the classification and classification system,adjust the allocation standards and optimize the spatial layout mode,and provide mechanisms for protection from three aspects: operational management,interest expression and feedback,and information platform.
