The pumps produced by Hydraulic Pump Branch of Beijing Huade Hydraulic Industrial Group has a broad application.The A8 V factory test bench is a new type to the development of the Pump Branch company,which is a fully functional,test speed,results accurate test rig.First this paper introduces the test rig of hydraulic principle,electrical principle and equipment composition.According to the project background and trend of the development of measurement and control technology,Considering the testing requirements of the users and the problems to be solved,This paper presents a test system solution,it using virtual instrument technology and the LabVIEW software development platform.In the hardware design,according to the requirement of the project and engineering practice,considering various factors such as reliability,schedule and development costs.Finally,choose a kind of the structure that use industrial computer and PLC together.In the software design,first analyzed the advantages of LabVIEW as the software development platform.Second through the analysis of the functional requirements of software to draw the data flow diagram.Third,reference features of the LabVIEW,design and optimize the architecture of software.The proper software structure improves the efficiency of programming and ensures the smooth development of software design work.Because the man-machine interface design reference to the software structure,the interface has been designed clear and easy to use.In the process of software design,the main methods of data acquisition and processing program,PLC communication program and variable test result judgment program are studied emphatically.Details the use of the program elements,structures and algorithms.Such as clusters,arrays,branch structures,state machines,interpolation,extrapolation and so on.At present the project has been put into use,the actual use of equipment running stable and reliable.The virtual instrument test system based on LabVIEW has achieved good effect in the use of this project.The measurement and control system can effectively improve the test speed and results are accurate.The results obtained in the process of project development have been verified,and it has a good reference for the development of similar projects in the future.
