Even it can bring fire accidents, damage equipment of power supply and make power cut in big area, which endangers the safety of electric network and the stabilization of the society. Often it can be found that some people who stole electric power be injured. So, it is necessary to install multi-functional and reliable devices for anti-stealing in electric network.Remote automatic meter reading technology becomes an important object in electric power department, with the development of the electric network and the marketization of electric management. The electronic watt-hour meter takes up a primary position replacing the inductive watt-hour meter, which fastens the development of automatic meter reading technology, and makes it necessary to study this technology on electronic watt-hour meter.In this thesis, a system that has the function of reading the remote automatic meter and rightly judging the condition of electric power using is designed.
