Research On The Renovation And The Key Technology Of Passenger Information System In Urban Mass Transit

Passenger information system(PIS),a widely used combination of modern network technology,multimedia technology and image display technology,plays an important role in the daily process of the operation system.PIS provides the service time table and other important information about subway trains to the passengers.PIS matters a lot in the operation management of the urban rail transit since it is open directly to the passengers.PIS will continue to work on the network constructions to meet the needs of providing more convenient travel,widening coverage area and spreading urban culture.PIS is aimed at constructing a brand new network with new concept,which can make fixed-point broadcast and positioning delivery come true.This paper designs a frame of integral passenger information system based on explicit analysis of the demand and development of PIS.Also,this paper optimizes the development and design of PIS integration service platform to meet the urgent need of networking and information sharing,which contributes a lot to industrial technology upgrading,passengers acquiring service information,increasing the releasing efficiency of information and decreasing system fault rate.Domestic PIS has reached the use term of electronic equipment,after more than10 years of operation.Fault frequency,backward technology,eliminated component,slow update of information and other issues have emerged.Compatibility,timeliness,reliability and convenience cannot meet the requirement any longer,which makes technology renovating an inevitable choice.This paper provides a work program of PIS and proposes solution to the questions mentioned above without making clear effect on the old working line.The paper may contribute and offer theory evidence to improving information service level of urban rail transit.
