With the gradual development of deep-sea resources,the demand for offshore engineering equipment has been growing.Marine platform cranes are the main tools for the transportation of cargo inside and outside the platform as well as the outside world.Since the offshore platform is far away from the land,the equipment is not easily replaced and is often subjected to the combined effects of wind loading,wave loading and ice loading,this requires higher safety and reliability for offshore platform cranes,and its R & D and manufacturing technology is monopolized by the old engineering equipment companies abroad.At present,the localization of offshore platform cranes needs to be solved.This paper presents six indicators describing the performance of machinery and equipment,comprehensive evaluation of mechanical equipment from the perspective of strength,static stiffness,dynamic characteristics,thermal stability,accuracy and life expectancy,through physical reverse engineering to seek the evaluation criteria of the indicators,the various Standard As a bridge connecting the reverse engineering and the forward design,the new mechanical equipment based on the evaluation criteria is designed to achieve high efficiency and low cost forward design and improve the localization of advanced equipment.In this paper,50 T offshore platform cranes as the research object,based on reverse engineering of offshore platform cranes forward design ideas.First of all,according to the API-2C standard,this paper calculates the stress of the offshore platform crane under different working conditions and obtains the actual force data of the crane.Secondly,the performance analysis of the key parts of the crane is completed.According to the stress cloud,the buckling analysis,the deformation cloud and the modal analysis respectively,the evaluation criteria of the crane's strength,static stiffness and dynamic characteristics are obtained.From the time domain,Under the crane boom fatigue life analysis.Finally,based on the crane performance evaluation standard,under the premise of satisfying the mechanical properties of the crane,the forward design of the crane boom is realized,which can reduce the quality of the whole crane and save the cost.According to the six indexes of mechanical performance described in this paper,the forward design of the crane boom of 50 T offshore platform is realized,and the feasibility of the theory is verified.This theory can be used not only for the forward design of the crane described in this paper,but also for other Mechanical equipment is based on the reverse engineering forward design provides the theoretical basis.
