| With the development of global marine industry and ocean resources,the demand for offshore platform crane becomes more and more and the requirement for its performance is enhanced.Because offshore platform is usually far away from the land,the equipment is hard to replace;Offshore platform is often affected by combined effect of wind load,wave load,earthquake and other factors.These factors all result in urgently need for further improving safety and reliability of offshore platform crane.However,the domestic research of offshore platform crane is scarce.Hence,this paper takes 50t/5t offshore crane as research target to analyze.The main contents are as follows:1.Firstly,according to API-2C specification,load and calculation method of offshore platform were introduced under different operating conditions.On the basis of different working conditions of crane,different calculation parameters were chosen.Thus,the actual load process of crane could be accurately restored and the actual loading data of crane was obtained.2.Based on power spectrum of horizontal fluctuating wind speed proposed by Davenport and JONSWAP sea wave spectrum respectively,the simulations of wind load and wave load were completed by Matlab and the motion response of offshore platform was calculated by using simulation spectrum.3.Based on the calculation method of design rules for cranes,the stability of the crane booms was analyzed and verified.4.According to the load data,crane model was subject to load.The statics and modal analysis of critical components of crane were completed.The static deformation,stress nephogram and natural frequency and shape of prestressed of crane were obtained.The stress of critical components during operating and the position of large deformation were got.The natural frequencies and relative vibration shape of components are extracted under a certain elevation for avoiding system resonance.Finally,according to acceleration response data of offshore platform crane,the transient dynamic of boom was analyzed.The data of deformation,acceleration response,internal force of boom were obtained under the function of the acceleration spectrum and correlation analysis was carried out.In this paper,the preliminary analysis of critical components of offshore platform crane was carried out.According to the specification,the force status of crane in practice use was restored as realistically as possible.Some relevant conclusions were obtained and laid the foundation for further analysis. |
