With the wide spread use of flexible production line,there are more and more problem of incorrect assembly and missing assembly in production line.The research on error proofing system of flexible production line is more and more valuable.Error proofing system is of great significance for ensuring the qualified rate of flexible production line's product.A corporate with a flexible production line urgently needs a set of error prevention system to improve the engine tappet,shell and thermostat assembly qualified rate,this paper developed a tappet proofing system,shell proofing system and thermostat to meet the company's production needs,and it can ensure the qualified rate of products.In this paper,the embedded technology and image processing technology are used to develop the above error prevention systems.In order to make the error prevention system work in with the production line,according to the actual situation of the company's production line,error proofing process is designed;based on various key detection technologies,design blue print of each error prevention system,use the image processing technology to recognize the feature size of tappet,use proximity switch to detect the feature size of thermostat;according to the error proofing system,mechanical structure and hardware circuit is designed,including a set of clamp platform which cooperate with the production line so that the various mechanical components are reasonable and can work normally,a hardware signal acquisition circuit and the control circuit to make the data signals and the control signals transmit between the hardware and the master controller;Based on embedded Linux development platform for the development of error proofing system application software,through the overall development environment building,the system function library transplantation,acquisition and control hardware driver development and the collection,identification and detection of the feature size of image about the tappet and rear shell error prevention system,the process control of error proofing system consistent with the production line rhythm is achieved;according to the error prevention system;through the typical experiment and reliability theory,the reliability of the system is analyzed.The research and development of tappet and shell error proofing system and thermostat error proofing system to achieve the requirements of a company's mixed production line error proofing system Theoretical analysis shows that: for the company's actual production and regular maintenance,the error rate and miss rate of the above error proofing system meet the requirements of error proofing.
