With the development of "the German Industrie 4.0" and the making of "Made in China 2025" plan,intelligent workshop production has become the mainstream in the industrial field.Materials conveying system as transport artery in intelligent workshop,which is vital for the efficient operation of the whole intelligent workshop.At present,according to the latest research at home and abroad,which show that the material conveying system has many problems in the way of collecting information and multi-source data processing and data forwarding,information standardization,which are unable to meet the current industrial production of intelligent,real-time and efficient and large data processing and analysis etc..In order to solve these problems,the intelligent material conveying system has been done in-depth researches in the three key aspects of perception,interconnection and interoperability,combined with the characteristics of networking technology,OPC UA technology then the level of intelligent control of materials conveying system has been improved.First,the senses for intelligent materials conveying system are analyzed and compared,and with the current conditions in laboratory equipment,the data extraction method of a new position information of the RFID and real time data acquisition method in PLC transport line based on OPC are proposed,combined with video monitoring technology,developed intelligent sensing system of based on multi-source information.Secondly,in addition to rich self perception,discrete material conveying system in the laboratory be treated as the object,ZigBee ad hoc network in the multi AGV oriented transport subsystem is designed,which conbined the proposed motor remote monitoring technology Cobweb network and 4G network,developed a set of PLC and CAN bus network collaborative scheduling delivery system.Thirdly,by introducing the OPC UA technology into the new problems facing the multi protocol interface equipment,intelligent materials conveying system is difficult to integrate the communication.In order to develop an embedded OPC UA intelligent gateway,the gateway must be integrated multiple network interface,and can be transferred a variety of protocol data in heterogeneous network into a unified protocol specification OPC UA,which is available to the OPC UA client and makes the interoperability of equipment in intelligent materials conveying system better.Finally,the design of internet visual monitoring software prototype system has been realized,which combined with the virtual 3D visualization monitoring technology and video monitoring technology after the completion of the three aspects of system hardware and related software design.The feasibility of scheme of the prototype system design has been verified.
