The Electrically Controlled Rotor (ECR), or so-called swashplateless Rotor, was a new concept rotor system which was brought out at the beginning of the 21st century. Compared with the conventional Rotor, ECR had more advantages. Researching on ECR had become a hot point in helicopter domain. In this dissertation, The research work, which focused on the aspects of blade pitch control of ECR, was listed below:1. First, study on the adaptive control in frequency domain of the blade pitch of the ECR. Because he blade pitch control of the ECR is just similar to the adaptive control of the helicopter vibration, so the adaptive control method used in vibration control in frequency domain was used to control the blade pitch of ECR. The simulink results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the blade pitch control algorithms2. Based on the self-tuning control method in time domain to control the blade pitch of ECR. Based on the mathematic model of an improved ECR system, the self-tuning control method with the pole collocation was used to control the blade pitch of ECR. The simulink simulation results showed that the method was valid to control the ECR collective and cyclic pitch, and hence verified the correctness and effectiveness of the control methods.3. According to the self-tuning control algorithms on the blade pitch control, the improved ECR system was fulfilled, and the experiment schedule was bring out as well, which would be benefit for the coming experiments on the blade pitch control of the improved ECR.
