Advanced Fighter Aircraft Combat Effectiveness Assessment

The combat effectiveness evaluation of advanced battle plane is a complex problem. It is important during the process of life cycle. Based on the characters of battle plane and the requirements of attacking missions which are air-to-air and air-to-ground attacking, we have analyzed, simulated and evaluated combat effectiveness of advanced battle plane system. The emphases of study are combat effectiveness evaluation, the delicacy and the penetration effectiveness. The primary content as follows:The combat effectiveness evaluation of advanced battle plane correlated with plane, the weapons loaded in the plane, avionics system and jam factors. A uniform index system that was applicable in air combat and air-to-ground attack was induced. The paper made use of WESIAC model evaluated the combat effectiveness. The capability of the battle plane comprised viability, the character of detecting target, the capacity of the plane, the electronic warfare, the weapons power and the capability of avionics system. We have gained the capacity matrix through power series based on gained the power assignment employed AHP, thus we can choose the best one among many projects. To deduce the available approach of improving combat effectiveness, we analyzed the delicacy particularly. In the paper we gave out the detail rules and algorithm and did many simulations. The results have showed the practicability and validity. It can be used for further scientific research and study.The combat plane was competent for air-to-ground attacking mission, we studied the plane as the penetration plane penetrating the three representative interceptions which were intercepting plane, missile and antiaircraft gun, established math model and proposed the relevant simulating algorithm. At last we concluded the simulation result which proved the methods and the models were practicable and valid.
