At present,the international shipping market is sluggish,and the transformation and upgrading of the domestic shipbuilding industry is imminent,a large number of low-end production enterprises have been eliminated,Each shipyard has invested a lot of manpower and material in the Research and Development of high-tech ships.However,the high output of the high-tech ships is bound to be accompanied by a large number of unpredictable risks.It is at this moment that the risk management for the construction of high-tech ship products becomes particularly necessary.After more than 10 years of research and design,N company has finally received and built the order of 8 Very Large Gas Carrier.As a typical high-tech ship product,the risk of Very Large Gas Carrier project far exceeds that of the conventional ships.The traditional empirical risk management in the shipping industry can not satisfy the risk management of the Very Large Gas Carrier.Some risks that may be ignored in traditional shipbuilding will cause significant safety accidents and economic losses during the shipbuilding of Very Large Gas Carrier.Therefore,it is necessary to study the systematic modern risk management of Very Large Gas Carrier.The objective of this paper is to improve the comp any's risk management of Very Large Gas Carrier,so as to provide reference for the risk management of subsequent high-tech ship projects and reduce the risk of ship construction.Project risk management is a systematic project,which will run through the whole process of project construction.The paper uses modern risk management theory and tools to study the risk management of the Very Large Gas Carrier that is building in the shipyard.Firstly,according to flow chart method and expert investigation method,the construction process of super-large total cooled liquefied gas vessel is divided into six stages: production design,production preparation,hull construction,launching,system installation and commissioning,test and delivery.Through the analysis and identification of risk factors in each stage,the list of risk factors is sorted out.Second,Based on the list of risk factors,Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to construct the hierarchical structure model.The judgment matrix is constructed by pairwise comparison method.Calculate the comprehensive importance of all risk factors.Identify the risk factors that have the greatest impact on the Very Large Gas Carrier project.Third,risk management strategies based on risk aversion,risk transfer,risk mitigation and risk acceptance.According to the previous shipbuilding experience,the risk response table is developed.At the same time,the environmental safety and health policy,design policy and welding implementation plan were respectively formulated for the three risk factors with the greatest comprehensive significance.Finally,the risk management process of Very Large Gas Carrier project is summarized and prospected.Through the risk management,the Very Large Gas Carrier project has been completed as planned.No major safety accidents have occurred during the whole construction process.The weld seam of the vessel has witnessed 100% of the test plates.
