In the context of the country's energy saving and emission reduction,crane,as a special equipment of high energy consumption,is developing towards the direction of energy saving,high efficiency and environmental protection.How to quantitatively detect the actual energy consumption of the crane working mechanism has important guiding significance to the energy saving and emission reduction of the crane.China has issued a crane energy consumption standards,however,the standard is too general,not combined with on-site testing conditions,cannot meet the actual needs of specific types of energy consumption testing needs.Therefore,the study of crane energy consumption and energy efficiency evaluation is of great significance to improve the energy consumption standards and promote the development of energy saving.In this paper,a container gantry crane is used as the research object,and a detection scheme for container gantry crane is developed.Based on VB,a set of energy consumption detection and energy efficiency evaluation system is constructed.It can be used for container gantry crane energy consumption and energy efficiency calculation,and output test report.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the energy consumption characteristics and transmission efficiency of the main components of the container gantry crane are analyzed,and then the energy consumption of each mechanism is analyzed by using the law of conservation of energy.The energy consumption,efficiency and recoverable energy of each unit are analyzed Formula,combined with the crane operating process,drawing the machine working cycle diagram.Secondly,the energy saving technology of the crane is introduced,and the super capacitor is selected as the energy saving element of the container gantry crane,and its super capacitor charge and discharge characteristics are introduced.The control element bi-directional DC / DC controller is selected and the charge and discharge control strategy is developed.Then,according to the container gantry crane supply energy utilization characteristics,energy consumption testing program is developed.Through the port on-site research,the test equipment and measurement methods of supply energy are determined.Based on the existing testing standards,the energy consumption detection environment and the items to be tested are put forward,and the detection period and testing process are formulated.Finally,on the basis of the establishment of the detection scheme,based on the Visual Basic 6 to build the "Container gantry crane energy consumption detection and energy efficiency evaluation system".According to the requirements of the system,the development tools are selected,the system database is established,and the function interface of the system is introduced in detail.In order to test the rationality of the detection scheme and the reliability of the system,a container gantry hoisting mechanism in Zhuhai port is tested on-site.The object parameters and the test data are processed by the system,and the energy efficiency and energy Consumption,and output a test report.Verify the detection scheme and the feasibility of the system.
