As an efficient,safe,convenient and fast vertical transportation equipment,elevator has long been an inseparable tool for human production and life.It has been widely used in modern production and is a symbol of modern urban material civilization.At the same time,people have higher and higher requirements on the overall performance of elevators,such as safety,comfort,reliability,high efficiency,energy saving,stability and so on.Therefore,on the premise of ensuring the reliable operation of the elevator,we should also improve the performance indicators of the entire elevator systemAs human stepped into the era of electrical and automation,coupled with the continuous development and progress of motor drive technology and modern control theory,elevator has been widely applied and developed,and elevator control has become an important subject in the field of control.In the rapid progress of science and technology today,all kinds of new elevators are emerging at home and abroad,but the existing elevator control system at home and abroad still have many shortcomings,there are simple design scheme and low control accuracy,so the research and development of this kind of elevator control system has very important practical significanceThis paper introduces the elevator control system of the overall design process and design scheme,including PLC unit,PLC characteristics,advantages,functions,structure,programming language and development environment,as well as PLC selection and I/O distribution,reduce the number of signal modules,so as to reduce the cost.According to the design process,objective and requirement of elevator control,the hardware design and software design of the control system are introducedIn the hardware design of control system,defining design process,then determine the goals and requirements of electrical design,considering prevent wrong operation in the design of circuit,filter,short circuit,maximum range,device adapter and the independence of the system,give full play to the function of PLC,meet the requirement of production process and control,and at the same time,the choice of reasonable electrical components,ensure the control system can be safe and stable operation.When making the control scheme,the aesthetic,economical,practical and easy maintenance of the control system should be considered.Due to the updating of technology,the requirements of the control system may also need to be changed.The design scheme puts forward many new,higher and special requirements,and achieves the purpose of designing a high performance,high precision and high efficiency control systemIn the software design process,first introduced the upper computer software interface development tools,and then explained in detail through the program programming to achieve the communication between PC and PLC,upper computer reading and writing operation,as well as curve drawing and printing,and finally comprehensively described the design of the upper computer software interface.In the process of programming,through the analysis of the elevator work principle and mechanism,and then to write the PLC control program,can realize the elevator for the drivers and the choice of state maintenance,closed control,alarm and light control,floor position indicator,ascending or descending control,smooth layer detection,security protection,indicator light display,alarm,voice,opening,closing time delay,detect the overload,overload,collection control,maintenance,etc.At the same time,the drawing of trapezoidal diagram is comprehensively and detailed.some design problems and interference factors are overcome,and the elevator fault detection and maintenance are greatly improved.
