With the improvement of road traffic laws and regulations,the more comprehensive traffic insurance,the more stringent driving test,the more accurate navigation technology,and the improvement of the living standards of the Chinese people,cars have gradually entered millions of households and become the most common mode of transportation.In the field of travel,cars bring a lot of convenience to the public.At the same time,the demand for car maintenance and repair increases,and there is a shortage of service in the field of car service.The typical phenomenon is that 4s shop maintenance often appears to be opaque,expensive,no disease minor repair,the minor illness overhaul and other phenomena.In the past two years,with the relevant laws and regulations requiring automakers to maintain the standards of publicity,ordinary auto repair companies have the technical conditions to compete with auto 4s stores;insurance rate reforms reduce the close cooperation between insurance companies and auto 4s stores.It will help to form a pattern of game play in the auto repair service market;the uniform identification and coding of auto parts will speed up the inquiry speed of accessories and help to open up the upstream and downstream industry chain of auto repair services.These all present opportunites and challlenges for development of automotive services.As an automobile maintenance service company established in 2014,with its professional operation and management capabilities,the pawn car maintenance company has established more than 300 outlets nationwide,providing automobile maintenance services to 6 million owners.Through discussing the development status of the car maintenance service of the model car,summarizing the internal and external reasons that hinder the development of its business.The PEST method is used to analyze the macro environment and the SWOT method is used to analyze the competitive position of enterprises,combined with Internet technology,the vehicle maintenance service strategy is optimized and the development goals are clarified according to the challenges faced by the company.It proposes optimization methods and implementation of safeguard measures to improve the development momentum of the model car maintenance and ultimately provide consumers with quality car services.
